Restore and Revive Site Survey
All our work scopes and installations require a site survey prior to any work commencing by myself.
During our survey any damage or unsuitability will be highlighted and discussed with the client.
We will present options of different colours and styles. Once an option is selected we will prepare an estimate for you to review.
The actual colours may vary from samples due to differences in batch production. Samples are for reference only.(Won't be much of a difference)
If for any reason the vinyl will needs replaced at a later date or there is existing vinyl in place we will not be able to guarantee an exact colour match.
Estimates are valid for a period of 60 days. After 60 days all estimates will be reviewed and may be subject to change with cost rises at the supplier.

All Work scopes are required to be paid in full in advance of any work commencing. Materials will not be ordered until full payment has been made.

Installation
It will be the clients' responsibility to clear the work area of any obstructions such as furniture-book's, ornaments or appliances etc prior to work beginning. Additional charges or delays may be incurred otherwise. Restore and Revive accepts no liability for damages caused to such items should they not be removed in advance.
We advise clients to plan in advance for the installation as we will require uninterrupted access to the wok area for the duration of work. Clients must be contactable at all times throughout the work by telephone or in person.
We may require the use of hot air guns to carry out the work and need access to a power supply. It is the clients' responsibility to inform Restore and Revive if this is not possible so alternate arrangements can be made which will add to the cost.
Cancellations and delays
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any work due to unsafe or inadequate working conditions.
Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule however, this may incur extra charges.
When it comes to the day of installation prior to work commencing, a final inspection will be carried out additional to the site survey inspection.
If for any reason Any new findings will be discussed with the client and may incur extra charges should the impede any work.
All our waste materials will be removed from the work site upon completion at no extra cost to the customer.
Work scope Aftercare
It is the clients' responsibility to practice correct maintenance of the vinyl. Failure to maintain could affect the performance, lifespan and warranty of the material.. Vinyl should be cleaned using mild detergents. Do not use harsh chemicals such as bleach or ammonia. Clean the surfaces using soft cloths such as microfibre towels and do not use abrasives such as scourers or wire wool.
Spillages should be cleaned immediately. Some substances may cause stains. Restore and Revive accepts no liability for stains and damage incurred after installation and is not covered under warranty.
Product Warranty
All vinyl installed by Restore and Revive comes with a 10 year warranty against fading., cracking yellowing and discoloration. These do not include damages caused by lack of maintenance, misuse or neglect.
Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing by post or email. These will be subject to inspection to ensure the claim is valid and falls within warranty criteria, any removal of product before inspection will not be covered under any warranty.
Complaints and how to make them
If you may have any complaints or issues regarding staff or their conduct or professionalism whilst on the work scope they can be submitted by post or email.
Being abusive to Staff
Restore and Revive will not tolerate any abuse towards our staff in any form, verbal or physical. We reserve the right to cancel without notice and leave the job site if we feel our staff are being mistreated.
Pets
Pets must be controlled in a separate room to the room that the works are being carried out, due to contamination from pet hair going under the vinyl, Any pet that is aggressive to any staff member will have to be removed for works to be carried out.
